Date View and Collection View
Chrysanth NETime Diary allows you to organize your diary or journal in two different views, i.e. Date View or Collection View.
Date View: In this view, all diaries or journals are filtered by the date selected on the calendar. Meanwhile, you could also easily identify which are the dates that contain diaries or journals. Simply click on the desired date on the calendar, the diaries or journals for the selected date will be listed on the right panel of the main window.

Collection View: In this view, all diaries or journals are grouped by the collection folders(Note: When writing diary or journal, you may specify the collection folder that you want to keep the diary or journal, for instance, you may keep all baby related diaries in a new collection folder named "Baby" while keeping your work related diaries in another collection folder named "Work"). Simply click on the desired collection folder, and the diaries or journals for the selected collection folder will be listed on the right panel of the main window.

Change the View
To flip from one view to another, you may access the toolbar at the top right of My Diaries panel. Click at the View toolbar button, and you will be able to change from one view to another.
